Receiving a Belotero injection is a virtually painless process that many clients call easy. You will receive the treatment either sitting up or slightly reclined, according to how you feel most comfortable. The majority of patients do not find they need any type of anesthesia, but rest assured, if you require it, you will receive the appropriate numbing agents prior to the injection.
With a slender, ultra fine needle, the practitioner will gently apply Belotero to your trouble spots, strategically targeting your most irksome wrinkles, fine lines, creases and facial folds. About 80-90% of clients are able to simply return to work right after treatment. All others tend to return the next day.
Most clients find they can undergo treatment on their lunch break and be back to work and normal activities the very same day. Occasionally a client will experience minor redness, swelling or numbness at the injection sites. This is normal, and typically only lasts a few hours, if a day at most.
